Tutorial 4 Outline

In the first session, students will create and format a table in a Web page. The will also change the alignment of a table and its cells, insert, select, and delete rows and columns; split and merge cells; resize table cells; enter data in a table; create a nested table; insert a picture in a cell; add a caption; and change a table's background color. They will then test the table in the browser and examine its HTML code.

The second session will guide students through the creating of a new frames page using a template. They will also import Web pages to use in the frames page and they will specify which pages to open in the frames page. Students will specify target frames for pages displayed in the frames page and use predefined frame names. Finally, they will test the frames page in the browser and examine its HTML code.
