A new year is a time of new beginnings and change for all of us. As we go into the new year, with our new resolutions for changing old behaviors and growing in new and interesting ways, let us remember to forgive ourselves for our human failings and love ourselves in spite of (or because of) them. Let's allow ourselves to be compassionate to ourselves, our friends and loved ones. "Give" is the root of "forgive" - let's give ourselves the gift of forgiveness. Only then can love come in and work the miracle of growth and understanding.

Kenley's mission is to provide a place where people of all beliefs can come for assistance in their search for growth along their spiritual path. We offer classes and seminars about spiritual and psychic development and we have a weekly Reiki healing circle for anyone who needs healing. Rev. Reckel is available for readings and counseling on a daily basis.

Kenley's Sunday worship service is a non-denominational service including spiritual healing, a lecture and messages. If you are looking for a spiritual home, visit us on Sunday at 10:30 a.m. You will find a group of positive-thinking, supportive, loving people who enjoy sharing their spiritual growth together.

What's New at Kenley Gifts & Books

We've got some great new gift ideas, as well as some inspiring reading for you!

Martina's healing wands are both beautiful and useful. Because they combine wood, crystals and clay, they have their own natural healing energy and amplify the healing energies channelled through them. They are perfect for use on an altar as well as in physical healing.

We now have Medicine Necklaces made by Clara Lynn White Feather. These necklaces are made in the traditional manner, with all the materials being blessed before use, and prayers and blessings said over them. Each necklace is unique, and comes with a description of the materials used and their traditional meaning.

Local artist Robin Smith has three beautiful spirit-filled paintings at Kenley. Each painting comes with a channeled poem. Robin is also a jewelry-maker, and we have several of her necklaces for sale as well.

For those of you who made a resolution to keep a journal, we have blank journals, The Joy of Journaling and Life's Companion. Journaling is a very effective way of keeping track of your growth, especially as you look back over years of writing, and it's a fun way to exercise your creativity too.
